Shawnna Rhine of the Sourhern Seven Health Department advised WMOK that on Saturday April 10th from 8:00 AM until 12:00 there will be an electronics Recycling Event at Anna Jonesboro High School.
NO kitchen appliances will be accepted. No washer and dryers, refrigerators or things of that nature. They will accept items such as; computers, small scale servers, computer monitor, keyboards, printers, fax machine, scanners, tvs, dvd/vcr players, cable and satellite receivers, and etc.
Anyone who wishes to attend is asked to stay in their vehicles, CDC guidelines will be followed, including wearing a mask and social distancing. Volunteers will collect items and put them in the recycling bins.
The electronics recycling event will be setup at Anna Jonesboro high school, in the Union Hall parking lot, right
in front of the building. No appointment is needed and it is completely free.
