The Metropolis Elementary School lemonade stand was a great turnout! MES would like to thank everyone who helped and donated money. Organizers also want to give a huge shoutout and thank you to Big John’s in Metropolis for donating the lemonade, cups and cookies!
All proceeds will be going to the family of an MES student diagnosed with cancer currently undergoing chemotherapy.
The Metropolis Elementary School will have another fundraiser in a couple weeks.
