Tiny’s Christmas Challenge for 2022 Goes Above and Beyond

/ WMOK

At the first of November, Tiny the Chihuahua, a Pomeranian-Chihuahua mix issued Tiny the Chihuahua’s Christmas Challenge for 2022 challenging all her fellow animal lovers to make donations to Project Hope Humane Society.

Tiny promised to match the donations dollar for dollar, up to $5,000 – and the donors have gone above and beyond!!

As of Tuesday December 20th, Project Hope has received almost $14,000 in donations!!

Folks from Project Hope met with Tiny at which time she not only gave them the $5,000, but treats she had gotten for all the dogs and cats at Project Hope to enjoy over the Holidays.

Project Hope wishes to extend their appreciation to Tiny for all she has done to fundraise for her fellow animals.

Tiny was a rescue pup herself, 16 years ago and while her owner wishes to remain anonymous, this is a way for her to pay it forward for other potential pets. She began making donations to Project Hope in 2007 and in 2012 began buying Christmas gifts to help meet the needs of Project Hope.  Tiny’s Christmas Challenge began in 2016.

Project Hope houses about 100 cats and dogs at any given time and opened in 1997.
