(WMOK) Metropolis, IL – The city of Metropolis has become aware of Solar salesmen going door-to-door falsely stating they are working in partnership or on behalf of the City of Metropolis.
Mayor Canada spoke with WMOK at the studio this week and reiterated that the city is in no way affiliated with any solar companies and did NOT send any company door-to-door.
Mayor Canada and the Metropolis Alderpersons are concerned that the information the salemen share on front stoops across the city is false and misleading.
