Devers Road Project – Metropolis Police Chief Masse Reminds Drivers Not to Drive around Barricades –

(WMOK) Metropolis, IL – Metropolis Police Chief Harry Masse joined us at WMOK for Coffee Break on Wednesday morning.

Shortly before he was scheduled to arrive we heard in the newsroom a scanner transmission advising that a semi had driven around the barricades and into the area in which Quint Utilities had recently been laying cement.

It had not only created disruption but requires for Quint Utilities to have to redo the work.

Chief Masse reminds drivers to please focus on their driving as not to cause any further delays with the project.
