Massac Memorial Hospital enjoyed a beautiful day for their 2nd Annual Senior Health and Fitness Day Event!

The hospital would like to extend their gratitude to all the vendors who participated and shared valuable information about the resources they offer to senior adults inĀ  Massac County and surrounding area.

Special thanks to Southern Pride Senior Program/Hapy Hearts for providing a delicious lunch to attendees and seniors.

This event was a wonderful opportunity to promote health and wellness among seniors, and the hospital is already looking forward to next year’s event!
