Noon – The Kiwanis Club of Metropolis meet every Tuesday at noon at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 520 Ferry Street in Metropolis, and is always in search of new members – Hear our discussion with Dan Huffman of Metropolis Kiwanis from WMOK’s Coffee Break program earlier this year here

5:30P – Metropolis Public Library Board Meeting – Third Tuesday of each scheduled month @ 5:30 pm. Library Meeting Room. Meetings are open to the public

8-9A – Massac County Drug Awareness Coalition Meeting – Metropolis City Hall Council Chambers

Glo-Bingo

On Friday, March 22, the Southern Pride Senior Program to benefit home delivered meal program will host Glo-Bingo! This will take place at the Metropolis Community Center, located at 900 West 10th St. The doors will open at 6P and Bingo starts at 7P.  Tickets are available at: Glo-Bingo.com/events ($2/Ticket non-refundable fee). The cost is $25 in advance, $30 at the door. This includes 6 bingo cards for 10 games. Also includes Glow hat and dauber. ($5 per additional 6 cards)  You must be 18 or older to attend. Concessions will be available.

10A-1P – Metropolis Public Library Spring Open House -Join in for Spring Open House! This year they have brought back a beloved guest, Doug Mickan – Comedic Ventriloquist.
Doors open at 10A for refreshments and crafts. Doug will host a show from 12pm-1pm. The show will be first come, first served. Seating is limited!
