When Massac County Sheriff Chad Kaylor joined us at WMOK for Coffee Break – he spoke in detail about pre-trial services. Sheriff Kaylor advised in Pre-trail services there is a person assigned to Massac County to monitor people that have been arrested and released from jail. And in between the time they are released from jail until the time they go to court. Those who are released part of the agreement is to see pre-trail services. This is also designed to help the Judge determine bond.
