JULY

The Massac County Youth Fair will be Today Friday, July 15th – Saturday, July 23,2022   This year they are rebuilding, plowing through to a great fair. Each department in the exhibit hall has a theme class, in which exhibitors may enter projects designed to fit the theme of Plowing Through in 2022.

They want you to be aware that no one knows what July will look like, the last two years they had to make lots of changes, and there may have to be some this year. Safety is their first concern and they will continue to follow guidelines from the Illinois departments of agriculture and public health.

Food items will be available to bid on following the Farm Follies on Tuesday. All items available for auction have been made by the amazing youth chefs who entered the item. All proceeds will go to those exhibitors.

Pre-Registration Hours for Exhibit Hall Entries Extended – Pre-registered entries for the exhibit hall may be brought in Monday from 5 – 8P or on Tuesday morning from 8AM until 1PM. Remember, new entries must be made Tuesday.

Exhibitors: New Procedures for Entering Some Foods – This year the Massac County Youth Fair will have different and even more items! This year they are asking the exhibitors to bring pictures of those items they wish to be in the auction. This will allow those items to be displayed in the exhibit hall. The pictures will be displayed with the entry tag and ribbon awarded.
