Massac County Farmers Market in Search of Vendors – Produce and Non-Produce – Farmers – Home Gardeners – Crafters and More
The Massac County Farmers Market will take place on Thursday and Friday from 3-6pm and on Saturday from 8am-Noon. The shopping experience is contingent upon how many vendors arrive to share their produce, plants, crafts, jams, preserves and other goodies with the community. If you are interested in participating as a vendor – contact Alexis Burnett at the Massac County Farm Bureau Office at 618-524-5811.

The Massac County Youth Fair begins Friday July 15th and runs through Saturday July 23rd.

Rules for Tractor & Old Machinery Show (July 16 & 17) Sponsored by Massac County Youth Fair & Community Center, Inc
Machinery must be operated in slow and safe manner always. Anyone 16 years of age operating machinery must have adult supervision. Do NOT leave machinery running and unattended. Sponsor and/or contact person are NOT responsible for injury, theft, damage or loss of tools or equipment. NOTE: Riders on tractors MUST have a seat, extra riders will NOT be permitted on tractors unless they have a safe seat.
Machinery may be brought to the show site beginning on Friday, July 16 and must be moved from the show area by 4PM on Sunday (7/17).
Campers for Youth Fair participants will be allowed to set up Sunday afternoon at 4P.

Metropolis Head Start – Wants parents to be sure to get those appointments made for health requirements. Returning children will need updated physicals and dental exams on file.
