When WMOK spoke with Metropolis Mayor Don Canada on Thursday’s Coffee Break he gave us some information that allows us to update our coverage of the potential of a dog park in the city of Metropolis.
Mayor Canada told WMOK that the city didn’t hear any feedback from residents regarding a group who could champion and assist in the creation of a Metropolis Dog Park; however the city has applied for a grant which would assist in financing such a project.
